Accessible Table
This was a project that I did as part of the industrial design class at Brown. We designed a table for the Outsider Collective, an art studio in Providence for people with disabilities. The table is designed to allow easy interaction between artists and mentors, and to be easily moved and stored to accommodate the limited space in the studio. The table can also tilt up to act as an easel, and be nested with other tables to allow for compact storage. The table also comes with an attachment for a specific wheelchair user to have a work surface at the right height.
